Job Description
BOK Financial Corporation Group is seeking a Bilingual Personal Banker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client experience, building, expanding, and retaining long-term client relationships, and assessing clients' financial needs to offer bank products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services
- Working knowledge of banking, retail sales operations, and/or contact center operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when appropriate to escalate
- Strong basic math skills
- Working PC application skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks at a time
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
