Bilingual Personal Banker

The Bilingual Personal Banker provides the best client experience possible for BOKF's clients by offering bank products and services to help clients accomplish their financial goals. They will educate new and existing clients about bank services, open retail products, and resolve client problems while ensuring the highest level of client experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services
• Working knowledge of banking, retail sales operations and/or contact center operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when to escalate
• Strong basic math skills
• Working PC application skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks at a time
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Meet minimum language requirements in designated second language
