You will assess clients' financial needs, offer bank products and services, and educate clients about bank services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services
• Working knowledge of banking, retail sales operations, and/or contact center operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when to escalate
• Strong basic math skills
• Working PC application skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks at a time
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including sales and client relations skills
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
