Boku Inc. (BOKU.L) is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial growth in Japan. This role involves overseeing market strategy, partnerships, compliance, operations, and team leadership, focusing on expanding Boku’s presence and driving sustainable growth in the Japanese payments ecosystem. It's a hands-on leadership position requiring strategic vision and execution excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services
- 5+ years in senior commercial/strategic roles in Japan
- Strong track record of partnership development with carriers, banks, regulators, and merchants
- Deep understanding of Japan’s payment ecosystem
- Fluency in Japanese (native level) and proficiency in English (business level)
