Job Description
Bold Metrics is a venture-backed startup seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their remote-first team. The successful candidate will work with global teams to lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong written and fluent spoken English skills
- Comfortable working with Javascript, APIs, JSON, and other web technologies
- Previous experience with React
- Experience working with product data, spreadsheets, or data mapping workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
