Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Mobile/Web Development, Product Management, or Solutions Architecture
• Proven experience in a client-facing 'Deal Desk' or Sales Engineering capacity within a software agency or product studio
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft clear, legally-conscious, and technical SOWs
• Highly organized with experience using tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Ability to identify potential project risks during the sales phase and mitigate them through better scoping
