Requirements
- Technical Foundation: 3+ years in a technical role such as Mobile/Web Development, Product Management, or Solutions Architecture.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a client-facing 'Deal Desk' or Sales Engineering capacity within a software agency or product studio.
- Masterful Documentation: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft clear, legally-conscious, and technical SOWs.
- Bridge Builder: The ability to'speak engineer' to our developers and'speak business' to our clients.
- Process Oriented: Highly organized with experience using tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, and AI-assisted documentation tools (e.g., Otter.ai, Fireflies, or ChatGPT).
