Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on People & Culture Officer to join our team in Amsterdam and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- ~3+ years of experience in an HR / People & Culture Officer or similar role
- Strong experience in HR administration and operational processes
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and payroll/benefits processes
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. HRIS) and employee data management
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is preferred for local employee support and communication with Dutch authorities
