Join our global team as HR Officer Benelux and play a key role in supporting and executing HR processes for the Netherlands and Belgium. Ensure efficient, correct, and compliant administrative and operational processes around the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or business administration
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor law
- Experience with HR systems and administrative processes
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- A structured, precise, and proactive way of working
- Strong service orientation and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- High integrity and attention to detail
