Job Description
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR activities within Sharp, including recruitment, payroll, training budget, and personnel administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent by experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function
- Excellent knowledge of social legislation and labor law
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
- Experience with MS Office
- Demonstrable experience with HR information and registration systems (preferably with Workday)
- Experience with eBlox and Protime
- Discreet
