Job Description
Boldr is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to manage day-to-day HR Operations and serve as a strategic advisor to assigned business units. The role will own the end-to-end People strategy, design and execute People programs, and partner with senior leaders to identify workforce risks and talent gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 4-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnership experience
- Extensive knowledge of local labor laws
- Experience in the BPO environment is preferred
- Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS is highly desirable
