Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis position at Boldyn Networks. Lead strategic financial planning and reporting initiatives, drive annual budgeting processes, and develop and monitor key metrics to enhance financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and a telecommunications environment
• Experience in managing financial planning tools and processes
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and fundamental understanding of cost accounting practices
• Strong leadership skills with experience in growing and leading a high-performance team
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
