EU Public Policy Manager

We are looking for an EU Policy Manager to support Bolt's strategic policy initiatives at the intersection of mobility, technology, and digital regulation in the EU. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in EU policy management, a deep understanding of the digital economy, and a track record of success in government-facing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in public policy, government affairs, or a highly regulated industry
• Subject Matter Expertise: Proven understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding transport, digital platform regulation, or the delivery sector
• Funding Literacy: Experience identifying and navigating public funding landscapes or government procurement processes
• Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business insights and advocate effectively to senior policymakers
• Project Management: Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-stakes policy files simultaneously
• Adaptability: A self-motivated, solution-focused mindset with a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and legislative trends
