Head of Merchant Strategy & Planning

We are looking for a Head of Merchant Strategy & Planning to join our global Merchant team as a key member of Bolt Food’s Commercial HQ. This role is a key pillar of the Merchant leadership team, working in close partnership with the Director Merchant to translate strategy into clear plans, measurable targets, and consistent execution across the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy, planning, analytics, finance, consulting, or a similar role in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong experience translating strategy into execution across complex, cross-functional organisations.
• High analytical capability, including forecasting, performance analysis, and business modelling.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through structured thinking and data.
• Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and accountability in ambiguous environments.
