We are looking for a Merchant Growth Manager to drive same-store demand growth and improve merchant performance on the platform. This role focuses on identifying the right levers, improving merchant performance, and turning insights into scalable actions.
Requirements
- solid experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles within e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or similarly data-driven businesses
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- experience analysing performance, running or interpreting experiments / A/B tests, and using data to guide decisions
