Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven and people-focused Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement) to strengthen driver relationships and improve engagement across our ride-hailing operations in Paraguay.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, customer engagement, or strategy, ideally in tech, mobility, or consulting
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL, BI tools, or Python are a plus)
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, fluent in Spanish with strong English skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and people-focused, capable of understanding driver needs and translating them into impactful programs
- Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- Proactive, creative, and motivated to make drivers successful
