Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Driver Operations Specialist to help us grow and strengthen our driver community in Azerbaijan. You will be the key link between Bolt and our driver and fleet partners, maximising driver performance, engagement, and loyalty by building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring our partners get the most out of the Bolt platform.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or analytical role
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable working with data to track performance and support decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Genuine interest in the ride-hailing industry and knowledge of market trends, competition, and regulatory landscape
