We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Grocery & Retail merchants, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Strategy Operations, Business Operations, or a high-growth marketplace environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a deep-seated habit of using data to drive decisions and optimise complex workflows
- Ability to juggle multiple mission-critical workstreams, maintaining meticulous organisation under tight deadlines
- Super user of Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in Python or SQL is highly preferred
- Experience in building Go-to-Market (GTM) materials, operational playbooks, and merchant enablement content
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse internal teams and foster collaboration across different time zones
