Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance manager for our production location in Goes. You will be responsible for the maintenance policy, technical availability of installations, and management of the maintenance organization. This is a key role within the site, where you will make a strategic and operational difference.

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction such as mechanical engineering
• Relevant management experience within a technical and preferably industrial or chemical environment
• Demonstrable knowledge of maintenance processes and asset reliability
• Experience with safety in an industrial process environment
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually and translate this into concrete plans and actions
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
