Advisor, Internal Communications (Temporary 14 months)

Bombardier is seeking an Advisor, Internal Communications for a temporary 14-month position. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders, develop employee-centric communications, and build communications templates and tools to support the organization's goal of creating a strong communications culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of communications experience with a focus on employee communications
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French
• Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Graphic design skills (Canva)
• Strategic mindset, proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented
