Conseiller·ère, Communications avec les employé·es (Temporaire 14 mois)

As an Employee Communications Advisor, you will work closely with senior management to assess their communication needs and offer a judicious combination of support and advice. You will develop employee-centered communications for Bombardier functions and promote mobilization and awareness of the company's strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in internal communications
• Deep understanding of the principles and practices of internal communications
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with senior management and ability to grasp large-scale cultural changes
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office 365 and comfort with technological tools
• Graphic creation skills in Canva
• Strategic mindset and ability to adapt to change
