Advisor, Talent Acquisition

We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and leveraging technology tools to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (unionized environment a strong asset)
• Strong influencing skills, client focus, and innovative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
