Requirements

• Support the management of change associated with the implementation of SAP S4/HANA
• Coordinate the implementation of Vision 2030 for planning departments across all factories
• Develop, maintain, and execute the necessary TI roadmap to support the future factory
• Pilot and structure a knowledge consolidation process
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Formulate strategic recommendations to optimize processes, tools, and planning practices
• Document, popularize, and clearly communicate strategies, directions, solutions, and changes to factory stakeholders and corporate teams
• Host and coordinate project reviews and leadership meetings
