Analyste, stratégie et développement des affaires (pièces métalliques fabriquées)

The Business Development and Strategy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and assessing business opportunities and providing insights to support the development of business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a strong analytical field
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA is an asset
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace or complex manufacturing industry
• Strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry and contract processes is an asset
• Excellent synthesis and presentation skills to present complex information
• Discretion when handling highly confidential information
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly demanding and constantly evolving environment
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, from senior management to personnel
• Strong team player with informal leadership skills and flexibility
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in PowerPoint (intermediate level) and Excel (advanced level)
• Ability to work in English and French daily; knowledge of Spanish is an asset but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal, at least two days a week, sometimes more, depending on the policy in place
