As a Legal Counsel, Labour and Employment Law, you will advise and provide legal support to internal teams, contribute to the management of the global labour and employment litigation portfolio, and participate in the continuous improvement of the legal department's service offer.

Requirements

• Advise and provide legal support to internal teams on labour and employment law, including employment relations, human rights, and workplace health and safety.
• Contribute to the management of the global labour and employment litigation portfolio.
• Review and draft employment contracts, policies, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate out-of-court settlements in litigious cases.
• Occasionally represent Bombardier before various administrative tribunals, including mediations and arbitrations.
• Provide training to internal teams.
