As a Senior Legal Counsel at Bombardier, you will provide legal support to various internal departments, negotiate cross-border agreements, and draft commercial agreements. You will also manage conflicts, train internal stakeholders, and collaborate with a team of experts. Opportunities to travel and contribute to senior management meetings are available. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil law and common law, 10+ years of experience in commercial law, and strong business and law acumen.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the bar of a province or territory in Canada or a state in the United States of America
• Degree in civil law and common law (asset)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial law, transactional law, or complex commercial litigation
• 3+ years of experience in a renowned law firm
• Strong business and law acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasion abilities
• Strong writing skills in English
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work in a flexible and prolonged manner and/or according to irregular working hours
• Ability to travel on short notice
