We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support to customers and business units, working closely with Litigation, Commercial, and other stakeholders. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing risks, and providing strategic advice in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Bar of at least one Canadian province or an American state
• Degree in civil law and common law
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial law or commercial litigation
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen
• Experience in competition law
• Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills
• Good business judgment and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and French, both orally and in writing
