Senior Legal Advisor at Bombardier. The role involves managing strategic files, collaborating with business units, and providing legal advice to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario or Quebec
- Business administration degree is an asset
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or transactional law, or commercial litigation
- At least 3 to 4 years of practice within a reputable law firm
- Strong leadership and autonomy
- Excellent understanding of both law and business
- Ability to make quick decisions and provide strategic advice
- Solid negotiation, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to convince and provide effective and value-added advice
- Strong organizational skills
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office environment
