We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a member in good standing of the Ontario or Quebec Bar, you will work on strategic files related to the aerospace after-sales market, including drafting and revising documents, managing potential claims and disputes, and ensuring compliance with contracts.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Ontario or Quebec Bar
• Between 9 and 12 years of experience in commercial, contractual, or transactional law
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent legal and commercial judgment
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• Sound business judgment and a good understanding of business
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Strong convincing abilities
