Leader, Operations

We are looking for a Leader, Operations to join our team at Bombardier. As a leader, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the activities of approximately 25 unionized employees, managing operational processes, and achieving production targets. You will also be responsible for employee training, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in operations management, production, or engineering, or a related field (aerospace is an asset)
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Courage in management when managing personnel
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Fluency in French (bilingualism is an asset)
• Flexibility to work other shifts as needed
