Job Description
We are seeking a Leader, Operations to join our team at Bombardier. As a leader, you will plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees, ensuring the operational processes of your sector are achieved and monitored.
Requirements
- Diploma in operations, production, or engineering management or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Managerial courage when managing personnel
- Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
- Flexible to work other shifts if required
