We are seeking a Quality Leader to join our team at Bombardier. As a Quality Leader, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the activities and management of an approximately 25 unionized employees team. You will also be responsible for coordinating quality support to production teams, reporting and analyzing various indicators, and promoting a teamwork-based work environment.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• College diploma with several years of experience in quality management
• At least 5 years in an employee management position
• Excellent quality management skills
• Bilingualism (English and French)
