Job Description
The Leader, Quality will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating, and supervising the activities of a team of 15 to 25 unionized employees. This role will assume all human resources management responsibilities, coordinate quality support to production teams, and ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in quality assurance, project management, problem solving, and/or continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising employees
- Excellent management skills
- Good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times
