Job Description
As a Leader, Quality at Bombardier, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of a team of union employees, and assuming all human resources management responsibilities. You will also coordinate quality support to production teams and ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem-solving process.
Requirements
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to show good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times
- Good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge
- Definite talent for communication and leadership
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is an asset)
