We are seeking a Quality Leader to join our team at Bombardier Aerospace. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 employees and will be responsible for planning and supervising their activities.

Requirements

• Plan and supervise the activities of a team of approximately 25 employees.
• Coordinate support quality with production teams.
• Manage the daily operations of the sector.
• Report and analyze various productivity, quality, health, and safety indicators.
• Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain communication with other departments.
• Continuously improve operations using operational excellence concepts and problem-solving processes.
• Develop and evaluate employee performance.
• Promote a team-based work environment and open communication.
• Exemplify leadership and respect the vision and values of Bombardier.
• Coach employees to develop talents within the organization.
