Requirements

• Confirm the sequence of parts for treatment
• Prepare parts to be treated, mask, position, or attach them to tools
• Regulate or control equipment, baths, or treatment products
• Operate and control equipment to clean, degrease, and deoxidize metal parts to give them the desired surface characteristics
• Monitor equipment that passes objects through various cleaning, rinsing, and coating solutions
• Perform and monitor part treatment (electrochemical treatment; perform a chemical treatment; perform a projection / grit treatment)
• Control surface treatment, coating, and make adjustments
• Check the condition and thickness of surface treatments using instruments
