Specialist, Engineering Program Management - New Programs Development

Bombardier is seeking a Specialist, Engineering Program Management - New Programs Development to join their team in Mississauga, ON, CA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management and at least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace. Responsibilities include prioritization of PCRs, leading PCRs through Change Management process, and managing governance related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma
• At least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems
• Strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset)
• Master of Microsoft Office suite and data management
• Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Customer oriented and innovative in problem solving
• Open mind and ability to work in a team
• Sense of organization, time management, and autonomy
• Results oriented and good negotiations and influencing skills
