Job Description
Bombardier is seeking a Stress Engineer to perform structural analysis using classical hand analysis methods and finite element analysis on metallic and non-metallic structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant stress engineering experience
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Proficiency in FEM tools (i.e. Patran, Nastran, Nasgro, Altair)
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software applications
- Proficiency with CATIA V5
- Understanding of civil aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures
