Requirements
- Hold department meetings as necessary.
- Provide customer service, Nexstar and technical training.
- Follow and encourage all team members to adhere to Bonfe processes and structure.
- Maintain daily numbers and performance logs.
- Participate in the On-Call rotation.
- Review prior day’s numbers.
- Participate in the daily Operations huddle.
- Identify and implement coaching plans as needed.
- Conduct Quarterly Conversations.
- Participate in the recruiting, hiring and disciplinary processes.
