Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will coordinate the daily direction of a service department and must be able to multi-task and respond to customer's emergencies with technical resolutions.
Requirements
- Develop and write proposals based upon customer needs.
- Reviews JSA's, safety audits, and responsible for the safety of personnel in the shop and on the job site.
- Continual development and evaluation of employees.
- Review service tickets daily for accuracy of technical completion, procedures, time entry, and materials.
- Manages job flow including manpower, scheduling, material availability, and dispatching.
- Responsible for monitoring costs and job status.
- Schedules training for employees on an as needed basis.
- Manages employee discipline and adherence to company policies.
- All other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
