Fundraising Coach

Bonterra is looking for a Fundraising Coach to help customers launch, optimize, execute, and sustain their fundraising programs. The coach will work independently with customers to guide them on best practices for writing appeals, setting up giving pages, analyzing donor data, and driving campaign strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in fundraising, development, and/or nonprofit consulting
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; CFRE preferred
• Spanish language proficiency a huge bonus
• Strong problem solving skills, digital marketing experience, and a love of data
• Experience with fundraising data migrations and knowledge of a variety of fundraising databases preferred
• Working knowledge of agentic AI, web and mobile applications, and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and proven experience using those skills to craft engaging and effective fundraising solicitations
• Experience in coaching/consulting/teaching/mentoring and excellent listening skills and patience with the technologically challenged
• Entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally
