Requirements
- Managing a team of Advisors implementing telephonic outgoing campaigns (Retention)
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the work of the subordinate team, providing current feedback information
- Ensuring the implementation of goals and customer service standards
- Monitoring the indicators of implemented campaigns and taking action to improve them
- Recruiting team members and maintaining resources necessary to ensure services
- Creating a work environment that ensures team member satisfaction, taking care of their development, motivation, and continuous skill improvement
- Shaping processes and participating in customer service projects
