We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Team Lead/Customer Success Manager to support a growing customer success function, improve operational processes, and deliver outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Experience roles
- Experience working in SaaS, software, or B2B environments preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience mentoring, training, or coordinating team members is a plus
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- English proficiency (professional working level)
