Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Team Lead to shape the growth of Peter Park and further advance our dynamic growing Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will build long-term business relationships with us and contribute to the further development of our excellent Customer Success Department.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Service Management, or Sales
- Well-developed implementation strength, high communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues in their daily work
- Clear commitment to an open, constructive, and respectful feedback culture
- First practical experience in leading and developing employees
- Strong interest in Smart Mobility and Digitalization, as well as a good feeling for the growth potential of our brand
- German on a native level and English fluently in word and writing; further language skills are an advantage
