Requirements
- Circa 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Circa 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value customer relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret performance metrics
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools and CRM systems
