Job Description
Boomi is hiring a Senior ServiceNow CRM Developer/Administrator to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow CRM modules, write high-quality, reusable code using JavaScript, and integrate CRM with back-end IT workflows. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in CRM development and administration, a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and expert-level JavaScript skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in any Customer Relationship Management development and administration in an enterprise environment
- at least 2 years' experience in low code cloud-based SaaS platform
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Expert-Level JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS
- Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and IT Service Management in general
- Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Performance Analytics or similar IDE and testing tools
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
