Sourcing Manager

BoomPop is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join their team. The role involves owning the hotel sourcing process from client kickoff to signed contracts, partnering with event planners on sourcing needs, and working with supply partners to ensure RFP accuracy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management
• 3-5 years of experience in hotels/hospitality
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to rigorously prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing a high volume of tasks
• Strong executive presence and ability to present information to a variety of senior leaders
• Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning in-person events
