We are looking for a Product Expert to join our software engineering company that develops an assisted document editor for documents. The role is full-remote and requires strong communication skills in Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-moving environments and navigating different team goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
• Hands-on experience talking directly with customers
• Experience working in fast-moving environments
• Ability to navigate different team goals and KPIs
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning on the fly
• Experience in roles where you had to wear many hats
• Exposure to legal training, former/current legal professional, or participation in legal department work
