BoostDraft is seeking a Technical Support professional to join their team. As a remote full-time employee, you will provide customer software installation support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with software engineers to implement new features.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Support for Customers in IT Companies (SaaS, Software Companies, SIer, IT Consultants, etc.)
• Experience in Leading Interdepartmental Collaboration
• Experience in Customer Negotiation with a Certain Number of Customers
