Lead the strategic development and delivery of comprehensive training programs across Booster Juice's organization, leading to operational excellence and consistent standards. Design learning experiences and manage training operations to ensure teams have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in a training and development leadership role, ideally within restaurant QSR franchise, retail, or multi-unit environments
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills across in-person and virtual formats
- Deep understanding of compliance training, learning technologies, and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with video and digital editing software (Descript, VEED, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required
